Our first Omakase Pop-Up is ready! Our pop-up will be a in-person dining event featuring a chef-selected menu.

Once we release the Omakase date, you will be able to book your reservation on our website using the Omakase POP - UP link. Reservations are limited, so be sure to stay close as we open our books!

This pop-up dinner will feature a 16-course chef-selected menu. The full menu will have rotating items based on season to maintain the highest quality and experience. You will be able to explore the entire menu upon your arrival at the pop-up!

Kap Sounraj and Boi Phomsopha, brings years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for sushi to every dish. Trained in the traditional techniques of Japanese culinary arts, Chef Kap and Boi infuses each creation with a touch of expertise and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Tuan Le lends his artistic flair and keen eye for detail to the ambiance of Oshima Sushi Club. With a background in design and construction, Tuan has transformed the space into a sanctuary of style and sophistication.
Together, Chef Kap , Boi and Tuan have curated a menu that celebrates the rich tapestry of Japanese cuisine while embracing innovation and creativity. Using only the freshest ingredients and time-honored techniques, they have crafted a culinary journey that tantalizes the taste buds and captivates the senses.
